2012 Day Camp (See Registration Instructions below) |

We are in need of volunteers to fill open positions on the Core Day Camp Team. If you are interested please contact Kelly Peterson by email at: CRSUEvents@gmail.com or leave her a voicemail at: 763.221.5983.
Kelly has performed all these positions in the past and she would really appreciate a dedicated core team to share the responsibility of offering this Day Camp. Please consider a position or nominate another who you think would be a good fit. If we have all the positions filled camp will run very smoothly and no one position will be a huge responsibility on its own.

The 2012 Day Camp Theme…
This summer we will be trying something new, we will base our activities on the 2nd Journey book set, “It’s Your Planet—Love It!” Each girl will receive a journey book and earn the awards in that book. This will be a great opportunity for girls that have not used the journey books to see what they are all about. It will also be a great opportunity for leaders who volunteer out at camp to see how to use the Journey Program with their girls.

Incentives for Program Specialists is as follows: · Volunteer all 4 days and receive FREE registration for one camper · Volunteer for 2 days (team of 2) receive 50% off registration for one camper · Volunteer for 1 day (team of 4) receive 25% off registration for one camper
You will pay the full registration fee and then be reimbursed at the end of camp.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you fall into one of the following groups you can complete your forms and submit them now: · Any camper that has an adult volunteering at least one day at camp · Any camper that is going into 7th grade or older that will be a Caddie
If you do not fall into the above two groups that means you are: · A camper in 6th grade or lower with no adult volunteering
Your three choices for registration are: 1. Attend the Registration Night on March 5th at 7pm at the Albertville Primary. You will wait in line and registrations will be taken in the order they are received that night. 2. Give your completed forms and fee to someone attending the Registration Night and they can turn them in for you. 3. Mail your forms, BUT your registration will be considered AFTER the ones that are received at the Registration Night
The Registration Fee Information and mailing address is on the Registration Form, either pay one check with full amount or you can turn in two checks, one for $25 and one for the remaining balance. Be sure to include any Cookie Credits (that are not expired).
Please be sure to read all this information thoroughly and answer EVERY question on all the forms, make sure they are signed and you have included all the forms, see chart below for the forms that you need to complete.
