Volunteers…

 

Volunteering is very rewarding so please consider taking a day or two off this summer and spending it with your Girl Scout at camp.  Volunteers are generally not in the same unit with their girls, but we are all in close proximity to each other and you can eat with them and see them throughout the day.

 

There will be a refund of $10 for each day that you volunteer, you will receive this the last day of camp.

 

All volunteers need to attend a mandatory Orientation that I will hold in late May/early June, the information will be on this site and sent directly to the volunteers via email when the details are arranged.

 

Some highlights of what the girls will experience this year:

· ZooMobile is coming to camp and bringing Reptiles

· Humane Society is coming and delivering a program

· The Bird Lady is bringing her birds and performing a trick bird show (Parents are invited to watch this show as well)

· Jack Sparrow the pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean will be with us all day on Friday for our water-fun day!

 

Caddies…

 

Girls going into 7th grade or older if you want to be a Caddie bring the Older Girl Volunteer Application to the registration night along with your Health Form and the Camper Registration Form. Bring a checkbook for payment.

2010 Day Camp

It’s Coming...

WE STILL HAVE ROOM!!!

As an adult if you volunteer for 2 or more days out at camp I can guarantee a spot for your camper, otherwise it is a first come first serve system.

Please mail the following items:

1. Check for $25 (non-refundable), this will go towards the total cost of camp. The only way it is refunded is if your girl doesn’t get into camp.

2. Check for either the remaining $50 or $60 depending on if your camper is spending the night Thursday night. (This check will be held and deposited on May 1st.)

3. Completed Health History Form for each girl attending camp, please have the immunization information filled in as accurately as possible.

4. Camper Registration Form for each girl attending camp, this includes caddies. Be sure the email address is readable, the grade is correct for in the Fall of 2010, and you select the correct T-shirt size.

5. If volunteering, your completed Volunteer Application and Health Form for yourself, all Adults must have a health form on file to volunteer.
