Volunteer Applications Due: ASAP! ADULT VOLUNTEER APPLICATION: Word or PDF CADDIE APPLICATION: Word or PDF ADULT & CADDIE HEALTH FORM: Word or PDF GIRL & CADDIE REGISTRATION FORM: Word or PDF
Mail form to: Kelly Cramer ~ 3165 Kagen Ave NE ~ Saint Michael, MN 55376
We would like to receive all the volunteer applications by March 15th, but don’t let that date stop you from applying if it is past, we may still need your help!
Volunteers accepted will receive a refund on one girls registration fee depending on how many days they volunteer. The refund will range from $10 to $50.
Camper Registration forms will be available on-line after the Registration Night on March 18th. Camper Registrations will be numbered as they are received, so the registrations received the evening of March 18th will have first consideration along with the registrations forms of girls that have an adult volunteering.
Each adult that volunteers allows about 6 girls to attend camp, so if 150 girls want to come to camp, we need 25 adults or combination of adults at camp from 8am to 5pm each day.
If you have younger children at home, talk with the other Adults in your troop or with friends and family to see if they would be interested in volunteer-sharing? While you are at Camp on Tuesday and Wednesday, they watch your child and then they volunteer on Thursday and Friday while you watch their child.
For $10 we can register Uncle Joe or Aunt Sue as a Girl Scout and then they too can be a volunteer at camp if they are interested. |

|
Day Camp is run by volunteers and we hope to have enough volunteers so we do not have to turn away any girls. If you are interested in volunteering please fill out the volunteer form and send it to Kelly Cramer by March 15th.
Volunteering at camp is a great experience! Spend the day with girls who are trying new things and having a lot of fun. For girls entering 4th grade they have the opportunity to spend the night Thursday and then Friday the whole camp goes to Lake Barbara for a “Beach Day”. |

|
Juniors... Girls entering 4th Grade through 6th Grade will receive a Day Camp Patch for the back of their vest or sash and will earn 3-4 Badges to wear on the front. |

|
Don’t worry if your Girl Scout has earned one of these awards already, they can earn them more than once, each time they will do different activities to earn the award, both can be worn on their uniform. We earn our awards doing unique activities not all will be taken from the badge books. |
